Charter Boats - We can handle the reservations for an entire marina or for individual charter boats. Ask us about our portal options if you are a smaller operation.

Diverse Activities - The system is flexible and designed to handle a wide range of reservations.

On the surface, reserving an activity for something seems quite simple. Select the date and time you would like to do the activity or event, pay for it and then try to arrive on time. For certain cases, a reservation is that simple. For many others cases, it is a little more complex. Consider these activites:

  1. Workshops - Depending on the type of workshop, there may be age restrictions, limits on the number of people per work area, time and inventory constraints for consumer online booking as well as waiver forms.

  2. Seminars - Seminars may require deposits at the time of booking, confirmation letters and information packets sent upon reservation and reservation of specific room or auditorium.

  3. Group Tours - Large tours may be charged on a per-bus basis or on a discounted individual basis. Often times tour leaders get free admission along with the bus driver.

Outbound's Reservation System has been built with these diverse needs in mind and understands that a system that handles 80% of your needs is simply not good enough. We pride ourselves on getting "down and dirty" with the details on how your reservation process works so that your business will grow with your investment.
